Policy

Before booking please remember these strictly enforced policies.

• NO CASH - Card and online transfer (zelle) acceptable.

• 
  QUALITY CHECK - Check everything is in order before leaving the salon because refunds will not be provided.

• 
  BRING YOUR OWN HAIR - Hair will not be provided by the salon no matter the service no matter the price.

• 
  BRAIDS, COLORS, AND RELAXERS REQUIRE CONSULTATIONS - A consultation appointment must be set up before coming for the service

• 
  MINIMUM 2-HOUR CANCELLATION - All cancellation must be made two hours prior.
